Here is a great piece from Andrew McAfee of Harvard Business School that makes a point that technology matters.  Sometimes I think in our zeal to not focus on the technology we can forget that everything still needs to work.  In my own experience of doing software selection “shoot-outs”, even vendors with similar feature sets and Gartner ratings often have vastly different technology.

It’s a relief after investing millions in our Trading Grid to know that advanced technology still matters, even if its not the only thing that matters….
