About Me
I am currently working as an Industry Marketing Director at GXS. In this role I oversee the Automotive and Manufacturing industry sectors, in addition I also look after the product marketing of a couple of GXS B2B solutions. So all in all a fairly busy role!
Prior to working for GXS I spent 15 years working for a couple of companies in the Product Lifecycle Management space, put more simply companies selling software to allow you to design products ! These roles allowed me to work closely with Automotive OEMs and Tier1 suppliers. I took a career break in 1999 and worked for the McLaren Formula 1 team, one of those job offers you don’t really turn down!
I gained an MBA from Warwick Business School in 2006 & an MSc in Computer Aided Engineering Systems from Cranfield University in 1992.
Outside of work, I have a keen interest in cars and motorsport, I enjoy Tennis, DIY and eventually would like to design and build my own house. I recently got engaged and we will be getting married next summer.
