I am the Product Manager for Trading Grid Online, the portal framework for the GXS Trading Grid. My background and experience is in product design, usability, process modeling and methodology and agile/iterative web application development. Now that you’re asleep anyway, I’m also an avid reader and writer and huge nerd about human-to-device interaction and ergonomics.
My blog will likely be a mix of commentary on design, off-hand information about the Trading Grid and a more personal look at the inner workings of Product Management and GXS (all filtered through Legal, of course).
